The integrity of many at the FBI, agent Strzok included, have come into question because of the seemlingly corrupt handling of Clinton’s email server investigation.
As explained by Town Hall, many think that Hillary was treated as a “fragile subject” who does not deserve any aggressive investigation.
Recently House Judiciary Committee Republican Rep. Trey Gowdy explained on a Fox News interview with Bill Hemmer, that one of the most egregious offenses that Strzok has made was his re-labeling of Clinton’s behavior while she was using her private email servers as “extremely careless.”
How she behaved had initially been referred to as “grossly negligent”, which, Gowdy says is how it is referred to in the statute. According to him, this was done in order for the Bureau to be easier not to charge Clinton, since it won’t be easy to let her go if they used wording that matched, exactly, that which was in the statute.
Strzok’s pro-Clinton, anti-Trump bias surfaced when all the texts between him and Lisa Page surfaced back in 2016. While Strzok was dismissed from the case after that, the DOJ has been analyzing over 10,000 texts exchanged between the two of them.

However, this was only one of the many issues Gowdy had with the FBI and the DOJ. According to a recent TownHall.com article, Gowdy believes that the investigation will unearth other cases of both bias and obstruction. In a video that was posted on the Fox News Twitter feed, Gowdy said the following:
“Strzok is not the only one and I’m afraid he is not going to be the last.”
